Advances in the application of resting-state functional connectivity gradient method in neuropsychiatric disorders

Abstract
The resting-state functional connectivity gradient(FCG)is a method for analyzing brain functional con-nectivity(FC)that has been widely used in the study of various neuropsychiatric disorders.FCG research utilizes techniques such as functional connectivity matrix construction,similarity matrix construction,dimensionality reduction,and gradient alignment to reveal the brain's topological structure and reflect continuity of functional connectivity changes.This paper review summarizes different FCG methodologies and discusses its application advances in Alzheimer's disease(AD),schizophrenia,major depressive disorder(MDD),autism spectrum disorder(ASD),and epilepsy.关键词
