Research progress on brain MRI in evaluating brain-gut interactions in functional constipation
摘要
Abstract
Functional constipation(FC)is a common functional gastrointestinal disorder associated with abnormal brain-gut interactions.Brain MRI techniques offer a non-invasive,objective,and quantitative approach to revealing structural and functional abnormalities in FC-related brain regions and topological networks,while also providing multi-dimensional characteristic information.This review summarizes the assessment of brain-gut interactions in FC using structural MRI and resting-state functional MRI,as well as brain function alterations related to emotional subtypes and neuroimaging genetics research.关键词
