Advances in the application of cardiac magnetic resonance rapid strain coding technology in heart failure
摘要
Abstract
Heart failure(HF)is one of the most common cardiovascular diseases.Cardiac magnetic resonance(CMR),with its high resolution and radiation-free imaging advantages,has become an ideal imaging modality for HF diagnosis.Fast strain-encoded(fast-SENC)imaging is a CMR technique designed for assessing regional myocardial function.It not only provides rapid and accurate evaluation of myocardial strain but also visualizes myocardial deformation during contraction and relaxation through color-coded mapping.Additionally,fast-SENC technology can sensitively detect cardiac dysfunction in HF patients at various clinical stages,providing reliable imaging evidence for diagnosis and prognostic assessment.This review summarizes recent advancements in the application of fast-SENC technology in HF.关键词
