不同松材线虫病感病时期马尾松钻蛀性昆虫差异分析
Analysis on Differences of Boring Insects in Pinus massoniana at Different Infected Stages of Pine Wilt Disease

Abstract
Pine wilt disease(PWD)is serious forest disease caused by Bursaphelenchus xylophilus,spread of which mainly depends on boring insects.In order to provide references for prediction,prevention and control of pine wilt disease,nine Pinus massoniana in Nanning being healthy and infected by disease at early and late stages were selected,and species of boring insects collecting from them were identified and analyzed in terms of distributions and diversities.Results showed that no boring insects were found in healthy P.massoniana trunks,and there were only traces of feeding on shoot tips by longhorned beetles.A total of 11 species of boring insects were found in infected P.massoniana trunks,belonging to 7 families,including Curculionidae,Cerambycidae,Termitidae and so on.With deepening of infected degree,species diversity,evenness and richness of boring in-sects in infected P.massoniana trunks showed increase trends.Curculionidae Cur.2 and Termitidae Ter.1 were only distributed in lower parts of trunks at late stage of infection.Elateridae Ela.1 was only distributed in upper parts of trunks at early stage of infection and in middle and lower parts of trunks at late stage of infection.Bu-prestidae Bup.1 was only distributed in middle parts of trunks at early stage of infection,and spread to lower and upper parts of trunks at late stage of infection.Distribution of important transmission host Monochamus al-ternatus was less affected by degree of disease,which mainly distributed in lower parts of infected trunks.Com-positions and distributions of boring insects at different infected stages had certain differences,which could be used as references for judging infected degree of pine wilt disease.When regulating population density of M.al-ternatus,population regulation of Scolytinae should be carried out at the same time to reduce risk of transmis-sion of pine wilt disease.关键词
