单板疏解程度对桉木重组木性能的影响
Effects of Crushing Degrees of Veneer on Properties of Eucalypt Scrimber

Abstract
Eucalypt scrimber provides new idea for solving problems of softness,low strength and poor dimen-sional stability of small-diameter eucalypt woods.In order to provide technical references for optimization of preparation process of eucalypt scrimber,and explore effects of crushing degrees of thick veneer on property of eucalypt scrimber,4 mm thick eucalypt rotary veneers were taken as materials,and effects of crushing times on mass,width,thickness and water absorption rate of veneer were analyzed.Taking water absorption rate of ve-neer as evaluation index of veneer crushing degree,five kinds of crushing veneers with water absorption rates from 50% to 90% were selected to prepare scrimbers,and effects of crushing degrees on micro-structure and main properties of scrimber were analyzed.Results showed that loss rate of material mass,width elongation rate,thickness change rate and water absorption rate of eucalypt veneer had positive correlations with crushing times.With increase of veneer crushing degree,cracks on surface of veneer increased,adhesives were easier to enter interiors of veneer,and bonding interfaces expanded.Mechanical properties of scrimber increased or fluc-tuated with increase of veneer crushing degree.When water absorption rate of veneer was 70%,bending proper-ty of scrimber was better,and horizontal shear property was the best.Thickness swelling rate of scrimber de-creased first and then increased with increase of veneer crushing degree,which was the smallest when water ab-sorption rate of veneer was 70% .Property of eucalypt scrimber making by crushing veneers with water absorp-tion rate 70% was better.关键词
