Abstract

In order to study effectiveness of targeted assistance program in village conducted by Guangxi Forest-ry Bureau,taking Jiule village in Huanjiang county as research object,evaluation index system of satisfaction degree of villagers was established,and satisfaction degree of villagers,and strengths and weaknesses of target-ed assistance program were analyzed by methods of analytic hierarchy process(AHP),fuzzy comprehensive evaluation and importance-performance analysis(IPA).Results showed that overall satisfaction degree of villag-ers in Jiule village was 4.358,which was above satisfactory level,indicating that forestry targeted assistance pro-gram achieved certain effectiveness.Villagers expressed higher satisfaction degrees with planning of project se-lection and policy formulation,and expressed lower satisfaction degrees with forestry technical training and poli-cy publicity.Results of correlation analysis showed that all evaluation indexes exhibited extremely positive cor-relations with satisfaction degree of villagers.IPA evaluation model showed that amount of allocated assistance funds and income growth per capita were in QuadrantⅣand should be listed as focuses of targeted assistance program in the future.Based on research results,suggestions to optimize targeted assistance program were pro-posed including developing multiple channels to enhance employment and income growth of villagers,expand-ing funding assistance sources,continuing to carry out technical trainings and intensifying publicity.
