摘要

Abstract

Misalignment of conductive rod of GIS insulating spacer is one of the reasons of the insulating spacer to generate internal stress,which can cause the insulating spacer to bear partially higher stress and even generate crack,thereby resulting in such serious faults as gas leakage or partial discharge.In this paper,the stress distribu-tion of GIS insulating spacer under the misalignment of conductive rod is analyzed.The finite element simulation soft-ware is used to simulate and calculate the stress distribution of the insulating spacer under the condition of misalign-ment of conductive rod.According to the simulation calculation results,the stress at different positions of the insulat-ing spacer in case of misalignment of conductive rod is measured based on the ultrasonic longitudinal wave method and is compared with the simulation result.The result shows that the position of the maximum stress of the insulating spacer in case of misalignment of conductive rod is located in the middle position of the convex surface of the insulat-ing spacer.Both simulation calculation and experimental measurement results are in good agreement and can be used for the stress measurement of insulating spacer.
