摘要

Abstract

In order to study the influence of aging degradation on signal propagation of medium voltage cable,the influence of dielectric parameters of key dielectric materials in the electromagnetic propagation of medium voltage cable,including the insulation material of cross-linking polyethylene and the semi-conductive shield material of cross linked polyethylene doped conductive carbon black composites,on the channel model after thermal aging is studied respectively.Firstly,a simulation model of medium voltage cable channel is set up by the distributed imped-ance network analysis,and the characteristic parameters of unaged state channel are obtained.Then,the variation of mechanical and electrical properties of XLPE insulating material and semi-conductive shielding material after ac-celerated thermal aging is studied.It is found that the dielectric constant and the loss increase after aging of XLPE,while the conductivity of semi-conductive shielding material decreases and the loss increases.Finally,the key pa-rameters of the material before and after material aging are brought into the cable channel model to calculate the in-fluence of aging deterioration on cable channel characteristic parameters,finding that the characteristic parameters decrease gradually with the extend of aging.
