摘要

Abstract

In this paper,the effect of graphene/metal heterostructure on the adsorption behavior of such SF6 decom-position products as H2S and SO2 is discussed in detail.The experimental results show that when the graphene/gold and graphene/platinum heterostructures adsorb H2S or SO2 gas,the peak or reduction of resistivity variation rate has occurred.The further studies show that the specific position of the adsorption peak of the curve of heterogeneous re-sistivity variation rate is determined by the Fermi energy difference between the graphene and metal,and the gas sensitive response strength is determined by the Fermi energy difference between the graphene and metal and the work function of metal together.Based on the relevant theoretical basis,this study provides theoretical guidance and reference for the development of novel graphene sensor in the detection of SF6 decomposition.
