Abstract
With the continuous development of outdoor open type disconnector and grounding switch product tech-nology in recent years,the power grid utilities raise much stringent requirements on quality and operational reliabili-ty of outdoor open type switching disconnector.The common faults such as operation stuck and failure of closing and opening of outdoor open type high-voltage disconnector will greatly damage the healthy operation of equipment in power grid.Aiming at the development and application practice of auxiliary device for mechanical characteristic test of high-voltage switching disconnector,the operating principle,software and hardware system composition of auxiliary device for mechanical characteristic test of high-voltage switching disconnector is introduced.The mechan-ical characteristic simulation for the disconnector is performed and verification analysis is performed in combination with actual measurement result.The results show that the auxiliary device for mechanical characteristics test of high-voltage apparatus can effectively find abnormal state of disconnector and avoid equipment damage,which ensures safe and reliable operation of equipment and has good application value.The study results can provide reference for stable operation of disconnector.关键词
