Abstract
In recent years,food safety issues have occurred frequently and have become a focus of public attention.It prompts relevant testing departments to give unprecedented attention to food safety testing to ensure the food safety of public.Among numerous food safety hazards,pathogenic microbial contamination is particularly prominent,and in response to this,the application of microbial testing technology is particularly important.Compared with the traditional culture method and microscopic observation,modern microbial testing technology shows broader application prospects due to its excellent sensitivity and result credibility.This article mainly discusses the necessity of microbial testing technology and explores the diversified applications of food microbical testing technology in practice,so as to provide technical references for food quality inspection.关键词
