Abstract
This article studied the influence of human serum albumin on the stability of tetanus fluid toxins.The same batch of lyophilized tetanus toxin was prepared into two tetanus liquid toxins with and without human serum albumin,and the results of their test quantities were compared and analyzed.The toxicity test quantity of tetanus liquid toxins without human serum albumin decreased by about 34.5%in 6 months,and there was no decrease in liquid toxin test quantity after the addition of human serum albumin.Results showed that human serum albumin improved the stability of tetanus fluid toxins.关键词
