摘要

Abstract

The article explores the methods for genetic engineering modification of microbial metabolic pathways and its practical applications in industrial and pharmaceutical production.By analyzing the current status and challenges of microbial metabolic pathways,the necessity and potential advantages of genetic engineering modification are pointed out,and the gene cloning and expression system,metabolic pathway regulation strategy,and high-throughput technology are introduced in detail.In addition,practical application cases demonstrate the significant effectiveness of genetic engineering in increasing the production of glutamate and penicillin.
