摘要
Abstract
Transposons,which were often misunderstood as"junk DNA"in the past,have become a hot spot in biological research.As a key driver of dynamic changes in the genome,transposons not only shape the diversity and complexity of the genome,but also participate in the formation and regulation of long non-coding RNA(lncRNA)through a series of fine mechanisms.The paper aims to further explore how transposons specifically affect the production process of lncRNA,and the possible application prospects of them in the biomedical field.关键词
