摘要

Abstract

By producing the same column height and reducing the column diameter,the paper used the linear reduction model to test the effect of alkaline solution on the loading capacity of affinity chromatography packing material(MabCapture recombinant protein A affinity chromatography medium)and the disinfection interval.The research results showed that after 25 hours of disinfection,the DBC(loading capacity)could still reach over 95%.When the affinity chromatography disinfection interval was 3 cycles,the dynamic binding loading capacity of the filler decreased by 5.2%,with a small decrease,and the recovery rate did not decrease.Therefore,the disinfection time can be set at 25 hours,and the maximum disinfection interval for affinity chromatography can be set at 3 cycles.
