阿卡波糖是一种α-糖苷酶抑制剂,被用于治疗Ⅱ型糖尿病.它可抑制消化系统中的α-糖苷水解酶活性,降低血糖.工业上主要利用游动放线菌及其突变菌株生产阿卡波糖.鉴于当代社会患糖尿病人数的急剧增加,提高阿卡波糖的产量,成为目前亟待解决的问题.文章主要对阿卡波糖的生物合成途径、菌株改造、发酵工艺优化等研究进展展开综述.

Acarbose is an α-glucosidase inhibitor which is used to treat type Ⅱ diabetes.It can lower blood glucose by inhibiting the activity of α-glycoside hydrolase in the digestive system.It is produced industrially by using Actinomyces and its mutant strains.In view of the sharp increase in the number of people suffering from diabetes,increasing the production of acarbose has become an urgent problem to be solved nowadays.The paper mainly reviews the research progress of the biosynthetic pathway,strain modification,and fermentation process optimization of acarbose.
