摘要
Abstract
The article analyzed the extraction percent of polysaccharides in Mori Fructus by decoction method,characterized the structure of polysaccharides and explored their antioxidant activity.The results showed that the polysaccharides of Mori Fructus extracted by decoction method had a yield of 11.47±0.22%,and were mainly consisted of mannose,rhamnose,glucuronic acid,galacturonic acid,glucose,galactose,and arabinose.The Mori Fructus polysaccharides were acidic pyranose with good thermal stability and superior antioxidant activity.This study can provide references for the extraction and practical application of Mori Fructus polysaccharides.关键词
