摘要

Abstract

The apple industry plays a crucial role in promoting farmers'poverty alleviation and prosperity,improving rural economic conditions,and advancing agricultural industrialization.However,the development of the domestic apple industry is facing a turning point,and has increasingly prominent challenges such as imbalances between supply quantity and quality structure,limited apple varieties,aging trees,and insufficient technological support.Dongmatun Village in Dalian City,Liaoning Province has developed a new variety called"Milk-flavored Fuji"by using diluted goat milk for irrigation and fermenting substandard apples into biological fertilizer.This new variety demonstrates significantly better taste and the"rock candy core"compared to regular Fuji apples.Experimental measurements reveal that"Milk-flavored Fuji"apples possess higher advantages in key nutritional components such as total sugar,reducing sugar,and sugar-acid ratio than regular Fuji apples.This study explains the reason for improving the apple taste from the perspective of the flesh's nutritional components,and proposes a effective method to enhance the fruit quality.
