Abstract
Acellular dermal matrix(ADM)oral repair membranes are biomembrane products clinically used to guide bone regeneration and promote wound healing.However,the performance of currently available repair membranes is suboptimal,and is difficult to meet clinical demands.Therefore,the article designs a bilayer structure for the repair membrane without the destruction of the ADM by combining the coating method with vacuum drying,and investigates the influence of different concentrations of osteogenic factors on the performance of the repair membrane.The results demonstrate that the repair membrane prepared by the research possessed a bilayer structure that the both side are different.When the Ca/P ratio is 1.6,the sample exhibites a tensile strength of 80.38 MPa,an elongation at break of 118％,a degradation time of 42 days,a porosity of 82.74％,and a moisture absorption rate of 437％.Furthermore,the membrane demonstrate excellent biocompatibility.Compared to other clinical products,the performance of this repair membrane is significantly enhanced.关键词
