草铵膦与草甘膦对茶叶品质的影响
The Impact of Glufosinate-ammonium and Glyphosate on Tea Quality

Abstract
Since glufosinate-ammonium and glyphosate have become commonly used herbicides in tea gardens,the issue of how herbicides affect tea quality has attracted much attention from relevant fields.To study the impact of these two common herbicides(glufosinate-ammonium and glyphosate)on tea quality,a 30-year-old Wuyi Rock tea(variety:Shuixian)from the core area of Wuyi Rock tea was selected as the experimental subject.Groups were set up to respectively spray glufosinate-ammonium(T1),glyphosate(T2),and a control group.Chlorophyll content measurement and chromatographic analysis were used to determine the content of chlorophyll and catechins in the tea.The results showed that compared with the control group,the total content of catechins and chlorophyll in groups T1 and T2 both decreased,indicating that both herbicides have a significant impact on tea quality.Therefore,it is recommended that tea gardens minimize the use of these two herbicides when controlling weeds to ensure the quality and safety of the tea.关键词
