Abstract
Traditional microbial detection methods are time-consuming,low sensitive,and impossible to quantitatively analyze microorganisms.In this context,PCR technology is widely used in the field of food microbiological detection due to its high sensitivity,which improves the accuracy of food microbiological safety detection.Therefore,the article explores the applications of PCR technology in food microbiological safety detection,aiming at providing theoretical references for the optimization of PCR technology.关键词
