摘要
Abstract
Edible fungi have high edible and economic value,and have good production and environmental benefits in enriching people's dining-table diet,improving people's physical health,and promoting agricultural industry diversification.They can promote farmers'production and income increase.The cultivation of edible fungi is influenced by various external factors such as light,temperature,humidity,etc.A full understanding of the impact mechanism of environmental factors can help growers increase environmental control efforts and achieve environmental improvement.The article explores the specific mechanisms by which environmental factors affect the growth and development of edible fungi,as well as the accumulation of secondary metabolites.Based on the growth and development characteristics of edible fungi,suggestions for improving environmental control are proposed.关键词
