基于网络药理学探讨万年蒿抗炎作用的分子机制

Abstract
Based on network pharmacology methods,the paper analyzed the molecular mechanism of anti-inflammatory effect of Artemisia sacrorum Ledeb..The main active ingredients and inflammation-related targets of Artemisia sacrorum Ledeb.were screened by searching databases and literature,and a Venn diagram was drawn.Protein-protein interaction(PPI)analysis,GO function,and KEGG pathway enrichment analysis were used to construct a"component-target"network diagram.The GO function and KEGG enrichment analysis results show that the anti-inflammatory effect of Artemisia sacrorum Ledeb.may affect the anti-inflammatory targets such as AKT1,CASP3,TP53 through quercetin,luteolin,kaempferol and other active ingredients,thus regulating the signal pathways such as IL-17,TNF,PI3K-Akt,and playing a role in regulating lipid and atherosclerosis,prostate cancer,hepatitis B and other diseases.Artemisia sacrorum Ledeb.can exert the anti-inflammatory effect through the synergistic regulation mechanism of multiple components,targets,and pathways,and provide experimental basis and theoretical references for further research on its anti-inflammatory mechanism.关键词
