伞形科13种植物CHS基因的生物信息学分析
Bioinformatics Analysis on CHS Gene from 13 Apiaceae Plants

Abstract
[Objective]The structural characteristics of CHS gene in different Apiaceae plants was explored to provide a reference for biological function and comprehensive utilization of flavonoids in Apiaceae plants.[Method]CHS gene sequence and deduced amino acid sequence of 13 Apiaceae plants(Apium graveolens'Liuhe Huangxinqin',A.graveolens'Jinnan Shiqin',A.graveolens'Ventura',Oenanthe javanica'Baguazhou',O.javanica'Liyang Baiqin',Heracleum moellendorffii,Centella asiatica,Hydrocotyle sibthorpioides,Ammi majus,Foeniculum vulgare,Angelica keiskei,Daucus carota and Petroselinum crispum)were compared by NCBI database and gene clone sequencing,and the bioinformatics(amino acid physical and chemical properties,transmembrane domain,subcellular localization and phylogenetic tree)of CHS gene were analyzed.[Result]The full length of the open reading frame(ORF)of CHS gene in 13 species of Apiaceae was 1187-1197 bp,encoding 395-398 amino acids.The alignment consistency of CHS gene and the encoded amino acid was 90.02% and 93.51% respectively.The CHS protein was a hydrophilic protein without transmembrane region,and the subcellular localization prediction results were located in the cytoplasm.The phylogenetic tree analysis showed that CHS of 12 species,Apiaceae except CHS of D.carota was on the same branch and other species of the same family can be clustered together.[Conclusion]The CHS protein with the high conservation and stability in 12 species,Apiaceae can play a similar function.The CHS of D.carota is far away from the Apiaceae plants in the evolutionary tree and there may be differences in function.关键词
