酵素菌与生物炭对马铃薯根际土壤养分的影响
Effects of Enzyme Microorganism and Biochar on Potato Rhizosphere Soil Nutrients

Abstract
[Objective]The effects of partial replacement of chemical fertilizer by enzyme microorganism and biochar on potato rhizosphere soil nutrients and enzyme activities were explored to provide the theoretical basis for the chemical fertilizer reduction in potato production.[Method]Single factor randomized block test was used to set up seven fertilization treatments,including conventional base fertilizer(CK,1 260 kg/hm2 compound fertilizer for potato,210 kg/hm2 diammonium),70% conventional base fertilizer+enzyme microorganism(J70),80% conventional base fertilizer+enzyme microorganism(J80),90% conventional base fertilizer+enzyme microorganism(J90),70% conventional base fertilizer+enzyme microorganism+biochar(JS70),80% conventional base fertilizer+enzyme microorganism+biochar(JS80)and 90% conventional base fertilizer+enzyme microorganism+biochar(JS90),and then the effects of different treatments on potato rhizosphere soil nutrients and enzyme activities were analyzed.[Result]The available potassium,available phosphorus and available nitrogen contents in potato rhizosphere soil of different treatments were 52.81-76.84 mg/kg,11.63-19.33 mg/kg and 16.29-19.45 mg/kg,respectively.The available potassium,available phosphorus and available nitrogen in soil of JS80 and JS90,and soil urease,protease and dehydrogenase activities were significantly higher than those of the other treatments.Soil urease was significantly(P<0.05)and positively correlated with organic matter and available potassium,and soil protease was very significantly(P<0.01)and positively correlated with organic matter,available nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium.Soil amylase was significantly(P<0.05)and positively correlated with available nitrogen.Soil dehydrogenase was very significantly(P<0.01)and positively correlated with organic matter,available nitrogen,available phosphorus and available potassium.[Conclusion]Under the condition of 80% and 90% conventional base fertilizer,adding 375 kg/hm2 enzyme microorganism and 2 250 kg/hm2 biochar can significantly improve available potassium,available phosphorus and organic matter contents and increase soil enzyme activity.Considering production cost,80% conventional base fertilizer+375 kg/hm2 enzyme microorganism+2 250 kg/hm2 biochar can be used as the replacement of chemical fertilization reduction in potato production.关键词
