摘要

Abstract

[Objective]The inhibitory effect of triclocarban and flutriafol compound against 5 major plant pathogenic fungi of Fusarium pseudograminearum,Fusarium graminearum,Rhizoctonia solani,Fusarium equiseti and Fusarium proliferatum was investigated to provide a technical support for efficient control of major fungal diseases(stem rot,head scab and sheath blight in wheat and root rot in peanut).[Method]The inhibitory effect of triclocarban and flutriafol compounds with different ratio(1∶9,2∶8,3∶7,4∶6,5∶5,6∶4,7∶3,8∶2 and 9∶1 volume ratios)against F.pseudograminearum,F.graminearum,and R.solani was analyzed by a petri plate test.The control effect of triclocarban and flutriafol compounds against wheat head scab caused by F.graminearum,wheat stem rot caused by F.pseud-ograminearumand peanut root rot caused by F.equisetiand F.proliferatumwas investigated by a pot experiment.[Result]The tested triclocarban and flutriafol compounds all had the excellent antifungal activity against F.pseudograminearum,F.graminearum and R.solani.The co-toxicity coefficient of the triclocarban and flutriafol compound with 9∶1 ratio against F.pseudograminearum,F.graminearum and R.solani was 999.1850,888.8362 and 1132.3177 respectively.The control effect of triclocarban and flutriafol compounds with 9∶1,7∶3 and 3∶7 ratio against wheat stem rot reached 97.5%,93.75% and 87.5% respectively.The control effect of triclocarban and flutriafol compounds with 9:1,7:3 and 6:4 ratio against wheat head scab reached 81.56%,85.25% and 88.94% respectively.The control effect of triclocarban and flutriafol compounds with 5∶5,6∶4 and 7∶3 ratio against peanut root rot caused by F.equiseti and F.proliferatum was 50.00%,52.27% and 64.77%,and 57.32%,64.20% and 50.00% separately.The control effect of the above-mentioned triclocarban and flutriafol compound agents against 5 major plant pathogenic fungi was better than single agents.[Conclusion]The triclocarban and flutriafol compounds have the good inhibitory activity against F.pseudograminearum,F.graminearum and R.solani,the strong control potential against wheat stem rot,head scab and sheath blight and a certain control effect against peanut root rot caused by F.equiseti and F.proliferatum.
