Abstract
Online detection of intermediate products is of great significance for real-time detection of intermediate products in the sugar industry.This study aims to evaluate the feasibility and application effectiveness of online detection systems in sugar production practice by comparing and analyzing the color values of intermediate products detected online with laboratory test results.The research results show that there is a high linear fit between the color value of intermediate products detected online and the laboratory detection results,and there is no significant difference between the two,thus verifying the feasibility and accuracy of the online detection system in detecting intermediate products.关键词
