肺纤维化中Wnt/β-catenin和TGF-β1/Smad信号通路之间的串扰研究
Crosstalk between Wnt/β-catenin and TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathways in pulmonary fibrosis
摘要
Abstract
Pulmonary fibrosis(PF)is a late manifestation of interstitial lung disease,and its etiology is not completely clear.PF involves complex pathological processes,including inflammation,oxidative stress,endoplasmic reticulum stress,cell senes-cence,epithelial-mesenchymal transition,etc.At present,there is no effective treatment for PF.Patients with PF have a short sur-vival time after diagnosis and a high mortality rate,which seriously threatens human health.A large number of studies have shown that Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and TGF-β1/Smad signaling pathway play an important role in the development of pulmo-nary fibrosis.This article briefly reviews the regulatory role of Wnt/β-catenin signaling pathway and TGF-β1/Smad signaling path-way in PF,as well as the potential interaction and crosstalk between them,in order to provide theoretical support for the clinical prevention and treatment of PF.关键词
