野生大麦SOD基因家族生物信息学分析
Bioinformatics Analysis of the Wild Barley SOD Gene Family

Abstract
To investigate the potential for resistance in wild barley(Hordeum vulgare ssp.spontaneum(K.Koch)Thell),the superoxide dismutase(SOD)gene family was identified and analyzed at the whole-genome level using bioinformatics methods.The results showed that the wild barley SOD gene family had ten members,belonging to three subfamilies of B1K CSD,B1K MSD and B1K FSD,with seven,one and two members,respectively,unevenly distributed on five chromosomes,and compared with barley,Horvu FT11 3H01G447400,Horvu FT11 5H01G364600 and Horvu FT11 5H01G368700 SOD genes were added.The structural analysis of proteins showed that wild barley SOD proteins were mainly composed of random coils.The protein conserved motifs of members of the same protein subfamily had similar composition and were relatively conserved in evolution,but there were significant differences in gene structure.Gene expression analysis indicated that the expression levels of seven genes,namely,B1K CSD1,B1K CSD2,B1K CSD6,B1K CSD7,B1K FSD1,B1K FSD2 and B1K MSD1,changed significantly in response to salt stress and played an important role in the response to salt stress.The identification and analysis of the SOD gene family in wild barley could provide valuable insights into the function of SOD genes and the salt stress response mechanism in wild barley.关键词
