农产品上行分级集货的冷链路径优化研究
Research on Cold Chain Route Optimization for Hierarchical Agricultural Product Uplift Collection

Abstract
To address issues of medium and small scale farmers such as uneven yields,widespread distribution,low density,narrow and winding roads,and low collection efficiency with high costs,a hierarchical collection method was adopted to optimize the agricultural product collection cold chain route model.The objective function was constructed to minimize fixed costs,green costs,refrigeration costs,product damage costs,time window violation costs,and compensation costs.The traditional genetic algorithm's roulette wheel selection operator and order crossover(OX)operator were modified to a random traversal sampling selection operator and an improved OX operator for solving the problem.The simulation results showed that the proposed model and algorithm were significantly effective,with total costs reduced by 21.85%,total travel distance decreased by 34.44%,and collection efficiency greatly improved.The study confirmed that adopting a flexible collection method and optimizing the route based on the collection characteristics of farmers with different scales could effectively reduce the collection costs and improve the collection efficiency.关键词
