The Socialization of Political Parties:Practical Strategies and Operational Logics of Party Building in Commercial Buildings

Abstract
In recent years,the Communist Party of China has achieved remarkable results in Party build-ing work in commercial buildings.Through case studies,this paper finds that the ruling party activates the"community nature"of commercial building clusters.On this basis,it standardizes the operation of social capital,guides the interest expression of multiple parties,and cultivates a new type of"building-area"community.At the same time,the ruling party is also carrying out grassroots Party building work in a more socialized way,further deepening the organic connection with various entities in the building area,absorbing and integrating social resources,and enhancing its ability to lead grassroots governance.The cultivation of the"community nature"of commercial building clusters and"the socialization of the politi-cal party"complement and promote each other.This inspires us to further expand the social participation of the ruling party,improve and deepen the interaction mechanism between grassroots Party organizations and society,and achieve the creative transformation of the Communist Party of China's Party building tra-dition in the new era.关键词
