农村互助养老服务的现状与出路
Current Status and Future Directions of Rural Mutual Assistance Elderly Care Services:An Investigative Analysis Based on Y City,Hubei Province

Abstract
The development of rural elderly care services and industries,as well as the enhancement of service quality in this sector,are crucial measures for actively addressing the national strategy on popula-tion aging.They also serve as foundational elements in tackling the challenges associated with elderly care in rural areas.Through a practical investigation into mutual assistance elderly care services in Y City,Hubei Province,it has been observed that during the exploration process,several mutual assistance mod-els such as"supportive radiation","pairwise mutual aid",and"point-based mutual support"have gradually emerged in rural regions of Y City.These models demonstrate certain advantages and potential when responding to the challenges posed by an aging population.However,these models face significant issues during their implementation.Challenges include an insufficiently developed atmosphere for mutual assistance among residents,inadequate introduction of social capital from community members,weak net-work support for left-behind elderly individuals,lack of both material and psychological support,con-cerning living conditions,and imperfect operational mechanisms for mutual care centers.The existence of these problems restricts the promotion of mutual assistance eldercare models and necessitates improve-ments within policy formulation and execution processes.In light of this situation,it is essential to adhere to a people-centered approach that fosters interpersonal trust and cooperation while cultivating a cultural atmosphere conducive to rural mutual assistance eldercare.Additionally,establishing comprehensive multi-faceted support mechanisms will enhance the sense of happiness among particularly vulnerable eld-erly individuals.Finally,constructing a holistic service system is vital to bolster the sustainability of mu-tually supportive eldercare initiatives.关键词
