淮海经济区经济高质量发展的空间网络结构及影响因素
Spatial Network Structure and Influencing Factors of High-Quality Economic Development in the Huaihai Economic Zone

Abstract
The high-quality development of national strategic regions has become a focal point of con-temporary academic discourse.This study measures the level of economic high-quality development in the Huaihai Economic Zone from 2016 to 2022 by employing a modified gravity model,alongside social network analysis and QAP methods to examine the spatial network structure and influencing factors of eco-nomic high-quality development within this region.The findings reveal that while the level of economic high-quality development in the Huaihai Economic Zone has been steadily improving over the years,there remains a limited number of cities achieving high-level status,indicating significant spatial hetero-geneity in economic quality.The overall network structure for economic high-quality development exhib-its an increasing density;however,it is characterized by relatively low levels and notable weak connectivi-ty within its clustering.Individual network structures identify Xuzhou,Linyi,and Suqian as regional cen-tral cities that act as"central actors",serving as key conduits for information dissemination throughout the Huaihai Economic Zone.The inter-city spatial network for economic high-quality development demonstrates a pronounced"Matthew effect",suggesting that regional integration requires enhancement.Furthermore,the spatial network for economic high-quality development in the Huaihai Economic Zone comprises four major subgroups exhibiting characteristics typical of small group clustering.Variations in government support intensity,openness to external markets,technological innovation capabilities,indus-trial structure diversity,and urbanization intensity directly contribute to disparities in levels of economic high-quality development among cities.关键词
