Strengthening County-Level People-Enhancing Industries:Historical Evolution,Realistic Challenges,and Optimization Approaches
摘要
Abstract
The strength of industries directly correlates with the vitality of counties,and a thriving indus-try leads to prosperous communities.The development and expansion of County-Level People-Enric-hing Industry(CLPEI)is not only a crucial approach to broadening income channels for farmers and ad-vancing the rural revitalization strategy comprehensively but also an inevitable choice for promoting urbani-zation in counties and achieving overall regional economic enhancement.The growth and strengthening of CLPEI cannot be accomplished overnight;rather,it must closely align with China's economic practices,gradually integrating into the processes of rural revitalization and urban-rural integration.Currently,as China's county-level industries undergo transformation and upgrading,CLPEI face numerous challenges such as unreasonable industrial planning,imbalanced regional development,insufficient production fac-tors,and relatively low industrial levels.These issues hinder the pace at which these beneficial industries can grow.To address these challenges effectively,it is essential to adhere to scientific planning princi-ples,implement classified advancement strategies,facilitate smooth circulation of production elements,and accelerate industrial agglomeration.This will promote high-quality operation within CLPEI while a-chieving developmental goals that enhance industrial efficiency,invigorate counties'economies,and in-crease citizens'incomes.关键词
