摘要

Abstract

A reliability analysis method for magnetorheological fluid brake systems is proposed,incorporating dy-namic fault trees and interval theory to address issues such as structural redundancy,limited failure data,and dy-namic failure of magnetorheological fluid brakes.Initially,the interval dynamic fault tree method is proposed by in-tegrating interval theory with dynamic fault trees,deriving the method for solving interval dynamic fault gates and assessing the importance of interval dynamic fault trees.Subsequently,the impact,hazards,and severity levels of the failure modes of the magnetorheological fluid brake are analyzed and defined,leading to the establishment of a dynamic fault tree for the brake system.Finally,taking a new type of multislot magnetorheological fluid brake as a case study,a reliability and importance analysis is conducted,demonstrating the feasibility of the method and its a-lignment with product failure data.The research provides a theoretical foundation for the promotion,application,optimization,and improvement of magnetorheological fluid brakes.
