Abstract
In order to gain a deeper understanding of the connotation and practical significance of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on water management,and to summarize the advanced experience in water management since the new era,in the paper,the sixteen characters general policy on water management are analyzed in a hierachical way,and the China's ecological values are compared with the Western centrist logic of capital supremacy objectively.It is found that under the scientific guidance of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on water management,China has successfully ensured the people's water safety,and correctly handled the dialectical relationship between water use and water management,and the important relationship between water ecological civilization and ecological civilization construction,which has had a profound influence on the world's water management practice.In terms of the value,the implication of General Secretary Xi Jinping's important discourse on water management is reflected in examining water security from a national strategic perspective and effectively protecting people's well-being,implementing water ecological construction from the perspective of ecological civilization,which transcends the Western modern ecological values.The idea of coordinating economic and ecological development through water utilization contributes the Chinese wisdom to the world's water management.关键词
