Abstract
In the market economy system and policy environment,the bidding agency and the tenderer should establish a cooperative contractual relationship of mutual trust in the process of project bidding.However,in the actual bidding process,the bidding agency can not complete the bidding task according to the requirements of the bidding agency contract and laws and regulations,resulting in unfairness in the bidding process.This article discusses the problems in the process of water conservancy project bidding agency service and the specific measures for implementing quality control in the bidding process.By enhancing the transparency of bidding information and project management methods,the efficiency and quality of bidding agency services could be improved,and a transparent,fair and standardized bidding environment could be established to provide strong support for the successful completion of the bidding work.关键词
