摘要

Abstract

In this paper,the self-healing technology is effectively applied to hydraulic concrete cracks repair by using expanded perlite as the carrier and Bacillus koshiri as the self-healing agent,and the self-healing capability is evaluated by the crack repair width test.The results show that when micro-cracks occur,the expanded perlite ruptures and releases dormant bacillus spores,which wake up under the action of water and oxygen for metabolic reaction,and the generated deposits contribute to cracks repair,and the width of 28-day hydronutrient repair can reach 0.52 mm,and the expanded perlite can not only effectively protect the bacillus and improve its survival rate,but also significantly improve the self-healing capability of hydraulic concrete cracks,which can provide a basis for the development of self-repair technology of hydraulic concrete cracks.
