52份玉米新材料萌发期耐冷性鉴定与评价
Identification and Evaluation of Low Temperature Tolerance of 52 New Maize Materials at Germination Stage

Abstract
In order to systematically analyze the differences in cold germination tolerance characteristics of maize germplasm resources and screen the excellent low temperature tolerance germplasm resources,52 new maize materials were used as experimental materials,and 12 indexes related to cold tolerance of maize seeds,such as germination rate,germination index,average germination time,germination potential and relative value of traits,were determined at 5 ℃ and 25 ℃ respectively.The cold resistance of maize materials was analyzed and evaluated comprehensively by using correlation analysis,principal component analysis,membership function analysis and cluster analysis.The results showed that the cold germination tolerance of 52 maize materials showed very rich genetic variation.Correlation analysis showed that there were significant positive correlations among the 8 cold tolerance traits.Principal component analysis divided 8 individual indicators into 3 independent comprehensive indicators,with a cumulative contribution rate of 93.84%.Based on the comprehensive D value of cold resistance,cluster analysis was conducted on 52 new maize materials,and they were divided into 4 low temperature resistance grades,among which 19 were the strongest,19 were strong,11 were weak and 3 were the weakest.This study provided the core parental selection basis for the innovation of cold tolerant germplasm and methodological reference for crop stress resistance evaluation.关键词
