蓖麻SAP基因家族的鉴定及生物信息学分析
Identification and Bioinformatics Analysis of SAP Gene Family in Castor
摘要
Abstract
In order to further investigate the genes associated with organ development in castor and elucidate their functions,we utilized bioinformatics approaches based on castor genome data.Specifically,we analyzed the physicochemical properties of these genes,predicted conserved protein domains and secondary structure characteristics,constructed phylogenetic trees,and examined the chromosomal locations and collinearity of the STERILE APETALA(SAP)gene family.The results showed that,identified seven RcSAP genes for the first time,all of which were characterized as unstable proteins with a high proportion of random coils in their secondary structures.Subcellular localization predictions indicated that these proteins are predominantly nuclear-localized.Motif analysis revealed similarity among the motifs of RcSAP genes,with the exception of RcSAP1.Collinearity analysis demonstrated that RcSAP3 and RcSAP6 share homology with their counterparts in Arabidopsis.关键词
