Abstract
Equipment technology risk is one of the important risks in weapons and equipment development projects.In order to further improve the accuracy of the risk assessment results,an equipment technology risk assessment method was proposed based on the improved grey clustering method.Firstly,the equipment technology risk assessment system is established,the analytic hierarchy process is used to obtain the weights of each evaluation index,and the index values are obtained based on the technology life cycle method and the expert scoring method,and then the improved grey clustering method is used to quantitatively represent the equipment technology risks.Finally,the effectiveness and feasibility of the method are verified by an example.关键词
