前白蛋白及中性粒细胞与急性脑梗死患者颅内动脉斑块稳定性的相关性分析
Correlation analysis of prealbumin and neutrophil with stability of intracranial arterial plaques in patients with acute cerebral infarction

Abstract
Objective To analyze the correlation between prealbumin(PAB),neutrophil and the stability of intracranial arterial plaques in patients with acute cerebral infarction(ACI).Methods One hundred ACI patients admitted to Guang'anmen Hospital from January 2020 to December 2022 were selected as the observation group,and 100 healthy individuals who underwent physical examinations in our hospital during the same period were selected as the control group.After admission,patients in the observation group underwent high-resolution magnetic resonance imaging of intracranial arterial wall and were divided into stable group(n=32),unstable group(n=48),and non-plaque group(n=20)based on the examination results.The PAB and neutrophil counts of 4 groups were collected,and the correlation between PAB,neutrophil and the stability of intracranial arterial plaque in ACI patients was analyzed.Results Compared with control group,the PAB level in the observation group was lower(260.75±15.73 vs 290.94±16.71),with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with control group,the level of neutrophils in the observation group was higher(6.84±1.97 vs 5.26±1.34),with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).Compared with stable group and non-plaque group,neutrophil counts in unstable group were higher(7.42±1.67 vs 6.50±2.30 vs 5.93±1.63).The level of PAB was lower than that of stable group and non-plaque group(256.15±13.82 vs 264.98±12.63 vs 279.44±13.65),with a statistical significant difference(P<0.05).PAB was negatively correlated with the stability of intracranial plaques(r=-0.653,P<0.05),and the level of neutrophils was positively correlated with the stability of intracranial plaques(r=0.313,P=0.002)confirmed by point two column correlation.Logistic regression analysis showed that neutrophil count and PAB were influencing factors for the stability of intracranial arterial plaques in ACI patients(P<0.05).Conclusion The serum PAB levels in ACI patients decrease,the neutrophil count in ACI patients increase,and there is a certain correlation between PAB,neutrophils and stability of intracranial arterial plaques in ACI patients.关键词
