小脑血管母细胞瘤的显微手术治疗技巧分析
Analysis of microsurgical treatment techniques for patients with cerebellum hemangioblastomas

Abstract
Objective To analyze the clinical features and surgical treatment of cerebellar hemangioblastomas.Methods The data of 39 cases with cerebellar hemangioblastomas were analyzed retrospectively,according to their MRI features,the tumors were divided into three types:19 cases were large cystic with small nodule,12 cases were solid and cystic,8 cases were entity solid.The clinical feature,imaging characteristics,surgical effect were summarized.Results All 39 cases were completely resection,after operation,2 cases had cerebrospinal fluid leakage and recovered after symptomatic treatment,2 cases had hydrocephalus and recovery by external ventricular drainage,31 cases with dizziness and vertigo symptoms improved markedly,symptoms improved in 8 patients,no patients died of the operation,the patients were followed up for 3 months to 1 year,no recurrence was found.Conclusion The clinical symptoms of cerebellar hemangioblastoma are mainly cerebellar balance dysfunction,dizziness and vomiting.Surgical resection is the first treatment,different surgical strategies for different types of hemangioblastomas.Solid tumors are difficult to operate,preoperative embolization is helpful for total resection of large solid hemangioblastomas.关键词
