吡仑帕奈联合丙戊酸钠对部分性发作癫痫患儿脑电图及炎性因子的影响
Effect of pirampanil combined with valproic acid on EEG and inflammatory factors in children with partial seizure epilepsy

Abstract
Objective To observe the efficacy of pirenzepine(PER)combined with valproic acid(VPA)in the treatment of children with partial seizures of epilepsy and its effect on electroencephalogram and inflammatory factors.Methods From January 2021 to June 2023,a total of 152 children with partial seizures of epilepsy admitted to Qinghai Women and Children's Hospital were randomly divided into two groups.The control group(76 cases)was treated with valproic acid,and the observation group(76 cases)was treated with pirenzepine combined with valproic acid.Both groups were treated for 5 months.The clinical efficacy,electroencephalogram,inflammatory factor indexes,oxidative stress indexes and adverse reactions before and after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results After 5 months of treatment,the total effectiveness in observation group was higher compared with control group(97.37%vs 85.52%,P<0.05).After 5 months of treatment,the proportions of patients without epileptiform discharge symptoms and epileptiform discharge amplitude decreased≥50%in the observation group were higher compared with the control group(P<0.05),while the proportions of patients with epileptiform discharge amplitude decreased<50%and epileptiform discharge increased were lower compared with the control group(P<0.05).After 5 months of treatment,the IL-1β,IL-4 and IL-6 levels in the two groups deceased,and the IL-1β,IL-4 and IL-6 levels in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).After 5 months of treatment,the NO and MDA levels in the two groups deceased,and the NO and MDA levels in the observation group were lower(P<0.05).The total incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower compared with control group(3.96%vs 18.42%,P<0.05).Conclusion The clinical efficacy of pirenzepine combined with valproic acid in the treatment of children with partial seizures of epilepsy is good,and it has good efficacy in reducing the level of inflammatory factors,and the levels of oxidative stress and epileptic discharge,with few adverse reactions and high safety.关键词
