超声造影评估颈动脉斑块新生血管联合ABCD3-Ⅰ评分对TIA早期发生脑卒中风险的预测价值
Predictive value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound assessment of carotid plaque neovascularization combined with ABCD3-Ⅰfor early stroke risk in TIA patients
摘要
Abstract
Objective To investigate the predictive value of contrast-enhanced ultrasound assessment of carotid plaque neovascularization combined with ABCD3-Ⅰfor early stroke risk in TIA patients. Methods Totally 175 TIA patients admitted to the Fifth People's Hospital of Zibo from June 2020 to June 2023 were included as the research subjects, and were divided into the non-onset group(n=100)and the onset group(n=75)based on whether stroke occurred. All the patients underwent contrast-enhanced ultrasound assessment of carotid artery plaque neovascularization and were given ABCD3-Ⅰassessment.The predictive value was evaluated using receiver operating characteristic(ROC)curve. Results The proportion of high risk and medium risk patients in the ABCD3-Ⅰ score of the onset group was significantly higher than that of the non-onset group(P<0.05).The proportion of 3 and 4 degree neovascularization of carotid artery plaques in the onset group was significantly higher than that in the non-onset group(P<0.05).The AUC,and sensitivity and specificity of carotid artery plaque neovascularization evaluated by contrast-enhanced ultrasound was 0.782,0.812,and 0.806,respectively,which of the ABCD3-Ⅰ score was 0.691,0.800,and 0.796,respectively.The AUC,sensitivity, and specificity of the two indicators combined was 0.844,0.865,and 0.815,respectively.Conclusion Carotid plaque neovascularization contrast-enhanced ultrasound and ABCD3-Ⅰ score have certain predictive value for early stroke in TIA patients, and the diagnostic value of combination is higher.关键词
