脑白质病变与阿尔茨海默病的研究进展
Research progress of cerebral white matter lesions and Alzheimer's disease
摘要
Abstract
Alzheimer's disease(AD),a neurodegenerative disease system characterized by progressive cognitive decline and behavioral impairment,is the most common type of dementia in the elderly.Most previous studies of AD have focused on changes in the gray matter of the brain,with less attention paid to the white matter of the brain.With the development of imaging technology,changes in the microstructure of cerebral white matter may become an early biomarker for AD and predict the progression of AD.This paper analyzed the relationship between cerebral white matter lesions and cognitive function,mental behavior and daily life ability of AD patients,and discussed the impact of cerebral white matter lesions on AD.关键词
