中医药治疗良性阵发性位置性眩晕研究热点及趋势可视化分析
Visual Analysis on Research Hotspots and Trends of Traditional Chinese Medicine in the Treatment of Benign Paroxysmal Positional Vertigo

Abstract
Objective:To explore the research status and development prospects of traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.Methods:The relevant literatures on the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo in the field of traditional Chinese medicine from January 1,2004 to February 29,2024 were searched by CNKI,VIP,Wanfang,China Biomedical Literature Database,Web of Science Core Collection and PubMed.NoteExpress3.8.0.9500 software was used to standardize the management of the retrieval literature,and CiteSpace7.8.1,VOSviewer1.6.19,R4.3.3 and Origin2022 visualization tools were used to analyze and visually display the author,volume of articles,organization,keywords and other information.Results:A total of 379 articles were obtained,involving 83 core authors.The number of articles published in this field has shown an upward trend in the past 20 years,in which the journal with the highest volume of publication is the Journal of Practical Traditional Chinese Medicine,and the institution with the largest volume of publication is Guangzhou University of Chinese Medicine.This field has initially formed a cooperative network of authors represented by WANG Jiumin,WANG Yuxiang,CAI Hanchao,etc.The research institutions are mainly universities of traditional Chinese medicine and their affiliated hospitals.High-frequency keywords include manual reduction,residual symptoms,clinical research,and acupuncture therapy.Conclusion:In the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo in the field of traditional Chinese medicine,traditional Chinese medicine decoction,acupuncture study,auricular point pressing bean,moxibustion and so on are mainly used in the treatment of benign paroxysmal positional vertigo.Zexie Decoction(泽泻汤),Dingxuan Decoction(定眩汤),Xiaochaihu Decoction(小柴胡汤)and Guipi Decoction(归脾汤)are common prescriptions.Clinical research is the main type of research.At present,more standardized large-sample clinical studies and long-term follow-ups are still needed to provide evidence-based medical support for this field,and the pathological mechanism of the disease should be explored in depth,so as to lay a solid foundation and provide ideas for the research in this field.关键词
