华侨华人商会可以促进中国对外直接投资吗?
Can Overseas Chinese Chambers of Commerce Promote China's Outward Foreign Direct Investment?

Abstract
Overseas Chinese chambers of commerce plays an increasingly important role in the outward foreign direct invest-ment(OFDI)of Chinese enterprises.This paper collected data from overseas Chinese chamber of commerce to empirically test the impact of the chambers of commerce on OFDI.The research has found that overseas Chinese chambers of commerce have a significant positive impact on the OFDI.The overseas Chinese chamber of commerce can play a role in non-govern-mental diplomacy.When the host country has diplomatic exchanges with China,the promotion effect of overseas Chinese chamber of commerce on OFDI will be more significant.When enterprises invest in host countries that are geographically far away from China and have a higher level of legal development,the positive impact of overseas Chinese chambers of com-merce on OFDI is more significant.The overseas Chinese chambers of commerce plays a more significant role in promoting China's OFDI in countries along the"Belt and Road".The positive impact of overseas Chinese chambers of commerce on OFDI is more significant in host countries with higher levels of economic development.关键词
