Numerical Analysis of Grouted Connection in Truss Jacket Structure for Offshore Wind Turbines

Abstract
The force transmission mechanism and mechanical performance of the grouting connection in truss jacket structure for the offshore wind power are studied.It is intended to propose a design method that meets the safety performance of the overall structure of the offshore wind turbine foundation and the stable operation of the unit.Based on the Guangxi Fangchenggang offshore wind power demonstration project,the mechanical properties of the grouted connection under the combined action of axial load and bending moment load are analyzed and verified by using the DNV specification analytical method and the three-dimensional finite element method.The results show that the geometric dimensions of the designed grouting connection meet the requirements of the industry standard for static strength and fatigue life;The grouting connection under extreme load conditions shows excellent structural performance when analyzed by finite element method;The maximum stress obtained by using the high-strength concrete constitutive model to simulate the grouting material is much lower than the design requirements,which further confirms the rationality and reliability of the design.The research findings provide theoretical support and technical guidance for the design and optimization of offshore wind turbine foundations.关键词
