摘要

Abstract

For the project management in the in-orbit delivery of APSTAR-6E satellite enginee-ring,China's first all-electric propulsion communications satellite,the business coordination for satellite users,as well as the integrated coordination among various systems,including satellite,launch vehicle,launch site,TT&C(telemetry,tracking and command)and other systems are focused on.The inter-system coordination strategies during critical phases of APSTAR-6E satel-lite such as the launch site stage,early orbit phase and in-orbit testing are also elaborated.By in-novating business models,implementing efficient coordination and optimizing management stra-tegies,the high-quality delivery of the APSTAR-6E satellite project is ultimately ensured.The importance of end-user demand orientation,innovative business models and inter-system coordi-nation is emphasized in in-orbit delivery project management,providing a reference for project management in fields of in-orbit delivery and commercial aerospace.
